Forefront is the current independent contract monitoring service provider under contract with the with the Florida Network of Youth and Family Services to provide comprehensive contract monitoring services to 29 youth crisis and staff secure shelters located throughout Florida. The firm has successfully fulfilled this role since 2002. This contract requires Forefront to conduct comprehensive regional and statewide program reviews of CINS/FINS agencies.

Youth Deemed Incompetent to Proceed
In Fiscal year 2007-2008 Forefront was awarded a program monitoring contract by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) to conduct an independent review. This contract required Forefront to verify and confirm if significant programmatic and operational issues existed that impacted the health and safety of the youth and the ability of the facility’s service provider to deliver quality residential services for the Youth Incompetent to Proceed Program.

Forefront was selected in October 2005 through September 2010 to provide independent third party compliance monitoring services. Under contract with the Florida Network of Youth and Family Services, Forefront provided on site comprehensive contract monitoring services and programmatic and operational technical assistance to the federally funded Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) – Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) program in the southeast region of the State of Florida.
